There is one more major benefit of owing property in Arjun Vihar that it is near Delhi-Jaipur expressway. Expressways are the highest class of roads in the Indian Road Network. The length of this expressway is about 235 kilometres and it would pass through Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. The travel between Delhi and Jaipur will take only two hours after completion of this expressway project. The expressway must connect with the Manesar-Bawal, Kushkhera-Bhiwadi- Nimrana nodes which are being developed as part of the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor and other national highway networks.
The proposed expressway not only envisages providing high-speed, access-controlled traffic flow between Delhi and Jaipur connecting important towns in Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan, but also been a catalyst for economic development of the region as a whole.
The proposed Delhi-Jaipur Expressway is expected to push large residential and commercial developments along the corridor in Haryana and Rajasthan. Proposed six-lane Expressway would pass close to the Airport and like we already mention to connect important locations such as Manesar, Rewari and Kotputli.

The Delhi Mumbai leg of the Golden Quadrilateral National Highway also runs almost parallel to the Freight Corridor.
Northern Peripheral Road is being developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model. This stretch will connect Dwarka with National Highway 8 at Kherki Daula and will pass PataudiRoad. The NPR stretch has been planned as an alternate link road between Delhi and Gurgaon, and is expected to ease the traffic situation on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway. The road will also provide connectivity to the much-touted Reliance-HSIIDC SEZ besides the Garhi Harsaru dry depot.
